At 2:00pm Thursday July 5th Senator Perry Clark will be having a news conference room 154 of the Capitol Annex. in Frankfort to announce his new bill the "Gatewood Galbraith Medical Marijuana Memorial Act"
It is expected that a large crowd of supporters will be present for this event. Senator Clark is filing his bill early to give it a better chance of passing this year.
