Charles Osborne Jr.

Services for Charles Osborne Jr., 66, Lawrenceburg, will be held Tuesday 1 p.m. at LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Terry Cooper will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. 

Charles passed away Saturday at his residence. A native of Owen Co., he was a retired Battalion Chief for the Franklin Co. Fire Dept. and attended Ninevah Christian Church.

He was the son of Charles, Sr. and Georgia Perry Osborne.

Survivors include his wife Joan Osborne, Lawrenceburg; brother, Ricky Osborne, Owenton; sisters, Eunice (Thomas) Gaines, Worthville, Ky, Annafay Yakush, OH and Mae Simmons of Shelbyville.

Pallbearers will be Randy Long, William Pittman, Don Jones, David Gipson, Bart Sayre and T. J. Wilson. Honorary bearers are Kenny Osborne, Frank Osborne, Dave Osborne, Ricky Osborne, Mitch Dorten, Stewart Waits and Phil Scalavini.
