Here are the results of Minor League and Major League softball games played Tuesday at Lakeview Park.

Minor League

Optimist 8, State Farm 7

Getting hits for Optimist were Jaylin Muravchick and Valorie Mobley with two singles each, and Peyton Sutton, Bailee Dowler, Syhia Marks, Peja Robinson, Marija Bickers, Morgan Shipley, Alijah Starks and Madison Kinsella with a single each.

Muravchick, Sutton and Marks pitched.

Those with hits for State Farm were Savannah Wood with a homerun and single, Izzi Davis with a double and single, Madison Parido, MaKinley Slone, Abbie Davis, Bailey Caldwell and Abbi Sutherland with two singles each, and Kamryn Presley with a home run.

Slone and Sutherland pitched.

Staxx BBQ 9, VFW 7

Savanna Boone hit a triple for Staxx, Vanessa Jones hit a double, Chaeli Evans, Madison LeCompte, Macey Tincher, Ketara Jones, Lakin Hamblin, Lenin Neace and Carly Sutton hit a single each.

Brianna Dillon, Boone and LeCompte pitched.

Getting hits for VFW were Kayla Glanton with a triple and single, Ellie Adcock, Julia Welsh, Amelia Wilson, Hailey Close and Cydney Phelps with a single each.

Welsh and Close pitched.

Major League

Hillcrest Baptist 9, Johnson’s Body Shop 5

Getting hits for Hillcrest were Jamie Beason with a homerun and single, and Chesna Stinett, Rachel Blevins, Darien Metts, Katherine Caldwell and Sidney Edwards with a single each.

Caldwell pitched and had seven strikeouts.

Those with hits for Johnson’s were Montana Murvachick with two singles, and Ryne Redmon, Mariah Butler, Mallory Cornish and Katy Redmon with a single each.

Cornish pitched and had eight strikeouts.

Inv. Heritage 16, McDonalds 1

Getting hits for Investors Heritage were Amanda Boggs with a triple and two singles, Lexi Moore with a double and single, Chandler Kelly with a homerun, and Ally Ellis and Ashleigh Caudell with a single each.

Boggs pitched and had seven strikeouts.

Jamie Johnson had a single for McDonalds.

Lexi Abbott and Avery Graham pitched and had six strikeouts.
